Contacting Support & Providing Feedback

You can communicate with the ClientPay Team directly within the app using the Send Feedback link at the bottom of the left navigation bar.

  • Automatic Context: The system automatically identifies your user profile and firm, so you don't have to provide those details manually.

  • Contact Support: Use this for specific questions or technical issues. This action creates a support ticket, and you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Product Feedback: Use this to suggest enhancements, report minor bugs, or share ideas directly with our Product Team.

‼️ For Urgent Issues: If you are experiencing a major problem that requires immediate attention, please use the Contact Support option rather than Product Feedback, or call us directly at 1-855-299-0476.
