#1 - Do you have to have an account to browse the full catalog?
No, you do not have to have an account to browse. Prospective participants can see the entire list on the classroom platform or by visiting the LawPay website.
#2 - Does each attorney have to set up an account?
Yes. Each attorney will need to set-up a classroom account.

After registration you can register for upcoming webinars by clicking Media Types Webinar or watch on demand CLEs by clicking Media Types On Demand.
Credit information, instructor details, and course summaries can be viewed by clicking More Info on a particular course.
#3 - Does each attorney have to pay an application fee to the state bars?
LawPay pays all application fees for the courses we have accredited. The states that have accredited a program can be seen under the credit tab of the course. Note, however, while participants do not have to pay any application fees, you may be responsible for your own attendance reporting fees in some states.
LawPay reports credit for watched CLE's to the following states at the end of every month:
Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
If your state is not included in the above list, please report the credit to your state's bar manually.
To get credit for a live webinar, you must join within the first 10 minutes. Otherwise, watch the On Demand version when it becomes available, typically 24-48 hours after the live webinar.
