The interface between ClientPay and star*collect requires star*collect Build_113 or higher. In order to complete the integration to ClientPay you will need to provide an Account Key and an Account PIN to the star*collect support staff. This information can be found in your ClientPay portal. You must have admin privileges to access Settings.
- Log into ClientPay
- Go to Settings General
- Go to the API Integration Information section in the middle of the page
- Locate the Integration Point Name star*collect
- Key = Account Key
- Pin = Account PIN
