Encryption and Connectivity

  • Data in Transit: All traffic is communicated using TLS 1.2 with AES-256 encryption to maintain a secure tunnel.

  • Network Connection: Connections to your firm’s network are established via secure HTTPS. This is restricted to communication between our server (holding the installed TLS certificate) and your server (hosting the web service and matching certificate) through a designated firewall port.

Data Handling

  • Information Exchanged: The integration processes high-level client, matter, and invoice data. When a payment is made, only payment confirmation data is sent back.

Note: For your security, no credit card details or granular invoice descriptions are ever exchanged.

  • Data at Rest: All data is securely stored within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is fully encrypted at rest using AES-256.
