Resending a Transaction Receipt
If a client requests a duplicate copy of a receipt or needs it forwarded to a new email address, you can quickly resend it directly from the payment details.
How to Resend a Receipt
Locate the Transaction: Use the Find Payments search box at the top of the left navigation bar, or search for the transaction within the Payment Manager.
Open Details: Click on the specific transaction to open the Payment Details screen.
Access Email Options: Click the Email Receipt(s) button located at the bottom of the page.
Select Recipients: * To resend to the existing email on file, check the box next to that address.
To send to a new address, click the + button and enter the email.
Note: Each field supports only one email address. Uncheck any recipients who should not receive the resend.
Send: Click the Send button.
Confirm: A confirmation message will appear on-screen indicating if the mail was successfully sent.
TIP: You can track your history! The next time you click Email Receipt(s) for this transaction, the system will display the last successful send date for every email address that has received a copy.
