Overview
To enable seamless communication between Juris and ClientPay, you must link the systems using a specific Key and Pin. This setup allows your firm to process payments that sync directly with your accounting records.
NOTE: You must have Admin privileges in ClientPay to access integration settings. Additionally, Juris must be in Maintenance Mode to complete the setup.
Step 1: Retrieve Credentials from ClientPay
First, obtain your unique integration codes from the ClientPay portal:
Log into ClientPay.
Navigate to Settings > General.
Scroll down to the API Integration Information section.
Click Show.
Locate and copy the Key and Pin for your Operating Account.
If using Juris v. 3.0 or higher, also locate the Key and Pin for your Trust Account.
Step 2: Configure Operating Payments in Juris
Log into Juris.
Navigate to Juris > Setup and Manage > Firm Options.
Select the Billing tab.
Check the box for Enable Online Payments.
Enter the Operating Key and Pin retrieved from ClientPay.
Click Confirm Connection to test the integration.
