Overview
To interface ClientPay with star*collect, you must be using star*collect Build_113 or higher. To complete the setup, you will need to retrieve specific credentials from your portal and provide them to the star*collect support team.
‼️IMPORTANT: You must have Administrator privileges in ClientPay to access the settings required for this integration.
Step 1: Retrieve Your Credentials
Log into your ClientPay portal.
Navigate to Settings > General.
Scroll to the API Integration Information section in the middle of the page.
Locate the Integration Point Name: star*collect.
Note the following values:
Key (This is your Account Key)
Pin (This is your Account PIN)
Step 2: Contact Support
Provide the Account Key and Account PIN to the Select Associates* support staff to finalize the connection:
